Product Description
The farm La Nueva Montaña, owned by Eby Arecely Samayoa and her husband Antonio, can be found in the Fraijanes region, one of the earliest coffee-producing areas of the country.
Fraijanes' climate is characterised by plenty of rainfall as well as plenty of sunshine. While the humid and often misty mornings let the coffee plants thrive, the dry afternoon allows harvests to be fully sun-dried.
Antonio and his wife have worked meticulously to fine-tune their processing practices to deliver the best product. In the future, Antonie plans to develop his agronomic practices further and support other farmers in the region by making costly supplies more accessible and affordable.
