REFUND POLICY

There are many styles for roasting coffee. At Five Elephant, we are exploring the possibilities of roasting styles, particularly bringing out flavors that come out at the lighter side of roasting. It is not a taste for everyone and requires some basic skills in measuring dose, water temperature and understanding brewing methods that are suitable for each of our coffees. In addition, the quality of your water is quite important. Please brew our coffee with filtered water.

If you have any questions about our coffee, please inquire prior to purchasing your coffee so that we can find the best coffee for you.

Refunds due to the roast degree of our coffee will be given solely at Five Elephant Coffee & Cake's discretion.

When a customer has received faulty coffee, as per current EU law, we will provide a refund within 30 days provided that the coffee was returned within a reasonable time.
